Communications & Change Lead

Position - Communication & Change LeadLocation - Remote within United StatesZscaler is looking for an experienced and proactive Communications & Change Lead.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing Change Management & Communication Leadership for IT system implementations as well as business process change/ business process improvement initiatives.
The candidate will play a key role in driving the success of the IT portfolio.
Your expertise in change management, combined with your in-depth understanding of business processes and applications, will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional programs in fast paced technical environments.
The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage change and communications.
Responsibilities/What You'll Do:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of change management programs for concurrent projects within Functional groups:
Finance, People & Culture, GTM, Data and more Understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices Adapting change management methodologies for programs and projects, creating an overarching approach and toolkits for different sized programs / projects Developing and delivering change management approaches on complex cross-functional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of new systems Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as create detailed Communication Plans Conduct readiness and change impact assessments to understand the size, scale, complexity and risk of the change Define key metrics as measure of success, establishing mechanisms to evaluate the impact of the change initiatives Translate complex ideas into simple language and design clear communications across stakeholder groups as needed during program/project phases Develop and deploy strategic communications plans for projects and programs Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism Qualifications/Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Change Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing change programs.
5-7 years' professional experience working in a business environment is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading Change Programs for complex technical projects on time and within scope.
Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues.
Proficiency in project management tools, SDLC, Agile and Jira Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
